The TC Villa has:
- 3 double bedrooms with en-suite marble bathrooms with shower on 2 floors. The bedroom on the lower floor is independent from the rest of the House and has its own mini kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker and cutlery.
- A fully equipped kitchen with all necessities available for use
- Sitting area
- Terrace overlooking the caldera with private pool, dining kiosk for 8 persons, and sun beds
- Lower terrace with lounge bed
- Interior space: 80mē, Exterior space: 160mē, Pool dimensions: 7m x 5m
- Maximum accommodation: 6 persons
- Telephone centre connecting all rooms, kitchen and cordless phone, fax, TV, cable TV, DVD, CD Player (interior & exterior speakers). Bedroom on lower floor has its own mini stereo.

We require a wire transfer with the 50% 45 days before arrival and the settlement of the account upon check-in. There will be a cancellation fee of at least one night´s stay if cancellation is made with in thirty days prior to arrival date and full payment if cancellation is made ten days prior to arrival. Please be informed that check out time is between 11:30 and 12:00 noon and check in time is at 15:00 noon.
